The Victor Apartments
ABOUT
The Victor Apartments is a new landmark development for Browns Bay with a strong focus on design and quality.
Knowing we were up to the challenge, Waide Construction engaged Beejays to supply and install the insulation and floor finishes throughout the 64 apartments and 8 retail units.
At times during this project, the substrate and variable finishing details proved to be problematic, however Beejays and Waide Construction worked closely together to find solutions to deliver a high-quality finish.
The project finished on programme, a great result for all involved.
OUR SOLUTION
This was a massive undertaking that required Beejays to be a well organised, efficient team from start to finish. Communicating between Waide Construction as well as the subcontractors played a big role in order to complete the project in a timely and hassle-free manner.
This project also demanded the use of high quality products that we knew we could trust.
Bringing the latest colour and style trends to the flooring was Feltex carpet and a selection of high quality laminate and engineered timber for the hard flooring.
