ABOUT

The relocatable classrooms at Wesley Primary School had became a permanent fixture and were now in order for a much-needed retrofit. The classrooms were generally rundown, cold and noisy. Redundant fixtures such as non-working heaters and old pin-boards to old and hard to use made for inefficient work space for the teaching environment.

OUR SOLUTION

To ensure for a smooth and seamless service, our designated project manager organised the removal of any unnecessary items and managed the installation of all the new updated products. 

For the floor our hard wearing and versatile Carpet Tiles was the perfect match for Wesley Primary School. Not only do they meet the needs of a typical school environment, they add design flexibility. In this instance we were able to create a modular pattern but add splashes of colour to compliment the wall colour. 

We covered over the existing pin-boards with Autex Composition® to transform the walls into acoustic notice boards, increasing overall acoustic performance and reducing noise bleed. Made from 100% polyester fibre; Composition won’t stain, rot or break down making it a safe, non-toxic, long-lasting and sustainable acoustic wall treatment ideal for primary schools.
